Lunaria Return & Refund Policy
Thank you sincerely for shopping with Lunaria. We truly hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help guide you through the return process with care and clarity.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window for all eligible orders shipped only within the United States. Please note that we are currently unable to accept returns for international orders, including those sent to Canada, Mexico, or other countries.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Include all original packaging, tags, and SKU label
- Be accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lunariatoday.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Kindly include “Return Request” in the subject line to help us assist you as efficiently as possible.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:
- The appropriate return instructions
- The return shipping address
- A window of 7 additional days in which your return must be shipped
⚠️ Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Unauthorized returns—those sent without prior approval—may not be accepted and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
⚠️ Condition Requirements
To ensure a smooth return process, please note that returns not meeting the eligibility criteria listed below may be declined:
- Declined entirely, or
- Subject to a 20% restocking fee
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in all cases, unless the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or defective item.
Return Shipping Costs
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, Lunaria will cover the full cost of return shipping.
To ensure we can assist you as promptly and thoroughly as possible, please contact us at support@lunariatoday.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We kindly ask that you include the subject line:
“Return Request for Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items”
Additionally, to help us accurately assess the issue, please attach the following to your email:
- Clear photographs clearly showing the issue with the item
- A photo of the packing slip or SKU label (if available)
Providing these details in your initial message will allow us to review your request efficiently and offer the most appropriate resolution without delay.
For all other returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items are non-returnable under any circumstance:
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Intimates/Lingerie
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been processed and refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Return Address
The return address will be provided via email once your return request has been reviewed and approved.
