Do you have a size guide?

Every product page includes a detailed size chart specific to that item. We recommend reviewing the listed measurements as well as any additional notes on stretch or fit for the best shopping experience.

Can I check if an item will be restocked and get notified when it’s back in stock?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a feature to check restock timelines or availability for specific items.
If an item is sold out, it may be due to various reasons—such as production delays or the item being discontinued. While restocks are not guaranteed, we are always doing our best to meet your interest and needs.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do!
You can purchase a digital Lunaria gift card right from our store. It’s the perfect way to let someone choose what they truly love. Gift cards are delivered by email and come with instructions on how to use them at checkout.

Do you have physical stores or is Lunaria online-only?

Lunaria is currently an online-only brand, and we do not have any physical store locations.
This allows us to focus on offering a carefully curated collection and providing a seamless shopping experience wherever you are.

Ordering & Shipping

When can I expect my order to ship, and how long will it take to arrive?

Once your order is confirmed, we begin a final quality check and move it into the shipping process right away.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 8–14 business days
• Mexico: 7–12 business days
As Lunaria continues to grow thanks to your support, we are constantly working to shorten delivery times and improve your overall experience.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this information to follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We’re sorry, but we’re unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted.

How can I request a return or exchange, and what should I know about your return policy?

We're truly sorry to hear that your order didn’t meet your expectations. At Lunaria, we’re continuously working to improve every part of the shopping experience, and your feedback means a lot to us.
While we currently do not offer exchanges, you are welcome to request a return if your item qualifies. For full details on eligibility and how to begin the return process, please refer to our Return Policy at the bottom of our website.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

We completely understand how important it is to receive your refund in a timely manner, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed. You'll be notified by email as soon as the return has been completed on our side.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take a little additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

We do our best to make returns as smooth and fair as possible. In most cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
However, if your item arrived damaged or if there was a shipping error, we will absolutely cover the return shipping costs.

What should I do if part of my order is missing or if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We sincerely apologize if your order wasn’t received as expected. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’re committed to making it right.
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us at support@lunariatoday.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Attaching clear photos of the item and your packing slip will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
If the issue is confirmed to be a result of a shipping error or damage during transit, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost and arrange for a full refund or resolution.
